I conduct lessons within the area from Sandy Bay to Kingston to Snug. (NOTE: I am happy to consider special requests if you live slightly outside this area).

Some more experienced students need a general ‘polish’ (1-2 lessons). Others who are starting from scratch average around 7-10 lessons, but everyone is different. We can work out your personalised lesson plan once I have assessed you on your first day.

My lessons are $135 per 1.5 hour, which equtes to $90/hr (FYI RACT driving lessons Hobart equate to $110/hr) NOTE: Our prices reduce the more lessons you purchase online – Book 5, get 5% off; Book 7, get 7% off; Book 10, get 10% off. 

The 2.5hr licence test package is $225.

I have an automatic car. I can provide a lesson in your own manual car when you’ve driven more than 70hrs and as long as your car is insured, registered and roadworthy

I work Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. My 1.5 hour lessons are at 10.30am, 1pm and 3.30pm, but there is some flexibility in these times. My 2.5hr test packages are availabe all day.

Yes, you will get an email and a text reminder before each lesson.

Sure, as long as your chosen vehicle is registered, insured and roadworthy (I will check these before we go for the lesson).

I have a 2018 auto Suzuki Swift (same cars used by RACT). It is a small, safety-feature-filled vehicle that is smooth and fun to drive. And, most importantly, it has a second brake pedal

When I think you are ready, I will advise you to book your test (NOTE: I do not do the assessments). My 2.5hr licence test package includes: pickup (please book pickup for 1hr before your test time); warm-up drive; accompanying to assessment location; post test Service Tas visit to get your P’s! (hopefully!); drop-off home.

You can use my car or your own (see FAQ for conditions) —whichever one you feel most comfortable in is best.
